Disney’s Duck Tales introduced Gay dads

Disney’s animated series Duck Tales in its third season premiere revealed that the main character’s friend has Dewey and Lewey as fathers.

Heuy – the show’s main character earns the title ‘Senior Woodchuck’ but his friend Violet is cheered by her parents who are wearing the ‘I’m with Dad’ t-shirts. Violet’s friend Lena shouts out that she is her sister from a ‘couple misters’.

Duck Tales fans on social media expressed that they were overwhelmed by the LGBTQ⁺ representation in the kids animated show and how it has been represented in a right way.
